PV-1000 Touch Lite Feature Focus:
Tamper-Proof frame counter - watermarked with a counter indication in each frame. The recorded video file becomes temper proof and can serve as solid evidence for law enforcement units.
Multi-Layer Password protection - complete security & password protection. The password protection overpowers of USB connection prevents unauthorized data download or deletion.
Documentation of Log Files entries - from the moment the device is turned on to the powering off of the device. As such the logs can be used as evidence at court.
5V and 12V analog and 3.3V digital camera support - Lawmate's PV-1000 Touch DVR line supports and powers a wide variety of cameras. On the recorder, there are available 5V 2.5-inch analog and USB digital jacks, while on the optional remote controller there is a 12V 3.5-inch analog jack entry.
Most spy cameras on the market are 5V and 12V analog cameras and will be powered by the PV-1000 Touch DVR series, including the new PV-1000 Touch Lite DVR.
Most other cameras will work with the PV-1000 Touch Lite but will not be powered, due to the current lack of digital video camera standards across brands.
