The PV-500ECO2 offers HD 720P recording resolution, and multiple recording modes; the Normal and Motion detection mode. It also offers the optional timestamp.
 
Works with all CCD and CMOS cameras and includes RCA input cables. The DVR supports NTSC and PAL standards and is compatible with both 5V and 12V analog cameras.
 
It comes with a 16 GB SD card and supports up to 32 GB SD cards, if formatted to FAT32 it can accept up to 128 GB SD Cards.
With the included BA-2200 it offers 3h of recordings, and you can always upgrade it with the BA-4400 and have up to 7h of recordings. The DVR comes with an EU power adapter and wall charger, however, you can charge the included and optional batteries with the BCM-DUO1 as well.
 
The DVR also offers to cut your video files in 3, 5, and 10-minute lengths that enable you to sort through the material easily.
 
It includes all popular accessories including the IR remote control and cable controller for additional operation methods. Furthermore, it comes with password protection and a lock screen option as well.

PV-500 ECO2 DVR Feature Focus:

Dual Analog Camera support

This is a long-awaited and new option for Lawmate's DVRs. You can use the analog cameras that are already at your disposal with this DVR. It offers both 2,5 mm input with DC 5V output, as well as 3,55 mm input with DC 12V output. It will also be compatible with the CMOS and CCD analog cameras from Lawmate like the handbag camera, the necktie camera, or the bit older models like the tie clip and power cord cameras. No matter which analog camera you need to use, this DVR will support it. Please note that the cameras can support 2 different analog cameras, however, it can not use them at the same time for recording. 
 

Password protection

Device offers protection of your recorded files, so they can not be erased without the administrator's permission. You have the option to set the password and to enable or disable the password protection on the device. Together with the timestamp option this DVR makes it possible to be used for law enforcement purposes and can deliver evidence that will hold up in court!
 

Recording modes

The Normal and Motion detection recording modes are pretty much a Lawmate standard by now. They are available in the devices menu as well as in the button on the DVR itself, so you will be able to switch quickly from C/M (continuous and motion) recording mode to the other. 
 

Responsive Touchscreen

The PV-500ECO is in the range of the PV-500L3 and PV-500ECO predecessors. It features a Touchscreen that offers an easy to use menu with settings, preview, recording modes, etc. 
 

Batteries and recording

The included standard BA-2200 battery enables the device to record up to 3 h, while the BA-4400 battery option has turned into our biggest bestseller when it comes to accessories, as it offers up to 7 h of recordings. Also, it is always good to have an extra battery available, and all of them can be charged with the BCM-DUO1 charger.

How to use the PV-500 ECO2 DVR:

  1. Insert the included 16 GB SD card in the DVR. It is always good to format the new card prior to the first use of the DVR.
  2. Press the power button to start the DVR.
  3. Connect an analog camera of your choice; 2,5 mm 5V or 3,55 mm 12V.
  4. Select a recording mode.
  5. Press the recording button.
