The PV-1000AHD is a Wi-Fi enabled device, meaning you can view live feed and control recordings remotely from your smartphone as long as they are connected on the same Wi-Fi.
The DVR is compatible with both digital and analog cameras, and one of the key advantages of this new model is the additional BNC male connector that supports connection to any compatible third-party camera and not only LawMate's to provide broader functionality. For the Digital In, the PV-1000AHD is compatible with the bestseller BU-18Neo Button camera, and for the Analog In, also releasing with the PV-1000AHD, is the BU-18AHD camera, made specifically for this DVR. It is an analog button camera offering 1080p recordings.
The PV-1000AHD features several recording modes for added flexibility: Standard, Motion Detection, Pre-Event, and Pre-Motion video recording modes. Another great feature is that the DVR has a built-in 32GB EMMC storage for the Pre-Event and Pre-motion recording, and also supports SD Card storage, with SD cards up to 512GB.

Multiple recording modes
The PV-1000AHD offers four different recording modes, allowing you to capture video based on specific needs and situations: Standard or continuous recording, best suited for situations where constant surveillance is required, such as monitoring an area or recording long events. Motion detection records only when motion is detected within the camera’s view. This helps save storage space and battery life by avoiding unnecessary footage when there is no activity. It is useful for security monitoring or covert surveillance, as it captures only relevant events. Pre-Event recording captures a short amount of footage before the recording is manually triggered. It ensures that you don’t miss the moments leading up to an event, which is helpful in unexpected situations where reaction time is limited. Pre-Motion recording is similar to pre-event recording, but this mode saves footage a few seconds before motion is detected. It is ideal for situations where you need to see what happened just before movement occurred, ensuring you capture the full context of an event.
Built-in Storage and up to 512 SD Card Support
The DVR features built-in 32GB eMMC storage for Pre-Event and Pre-Motion recording modes. When a selected video period is recorded, it is saved to the memory card, freeing up eMMC storage for new recordings. The PV-1000AHD supports up to a 512GB SD card. This gives you plenty of storage for long recording sessions or high-quality video. With both built-in and expandable storage, you won’t have to worry about running out of space, even for important or long-term recordings.
